Nanny Stillは1926年生まれ。Riihimakiでガラスデザイナーとして活躍する。Riihimakiで数多くの芸術的ガラス作品を残すが特にHarlekiiniシリーズのグラスはカラー、デザインが大変美しく現在でも大変人気が高い。 Riihimakiだけの活躍ではなくRosentahlやHackman,iittalaなど色々なメーカで活躍する。素材もセラミック、スチール、ウッド、プラスチックなど多岐にわたり、製品もカトラリーやティーポット、キャンドル、キャンドルスタンド、鍋等、色々なプロダクトを製作しています。その一方で芸術的なガラス彫刻やオブジェなどの作品も製作しており工業デザイナーとしてでなくアーティストとしての顔も持つフィンランドを代表するデザイナー。
